Who we are

Natexify LLC, of Lake Mary, Florida, runs natexify.com. You can reach us at hello@natexify.com or 540-660-0344.

These terms cover natexify.com, the free site audit, the plans, and the messages we send.

The plans

There are two plans: Reputation from $199 a month and Growth from $500 a month, as the Pricing page describes them. The exact price is agreed with you before anything is charged, and written in a one-page order. Websites and custom software are quoted per project.

Nothing on this site charges you: you pay through a Stripe payment link we send you after that conversation.

Payment

You pay monthly or yearly, in advance, through Stripe. A payment link sets up the subscription, and the card on file is charged on the same day each month, or each year.

A failed charge pauses new work until it clears. You can cancel the next renewal any time by telling us. Prepaid time is not refunded unless the order says so.

The free audit

The free site audit reads the public website only, with software, and measures it automatically. No person reads a report before you do.

A report is a list of what we measured and what we would do, not a promise of what it brings.

A report's link works for 30 days. You can ask us to take a report down at any time.

Your site and your accounts

We change a client's site only through work you approved, and we keep a record of each change.

We never ask for your passwords by email or by message.

Text messages

The program is called Natexify text messages. We send appointment reminders, review requests you asked us to send, replies to your questions and, only with your separate consent, offers.

Message frequency varies, and marketing texts are at most four a month. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to these messages is not a condition of buying anything. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes and the law

We change these terms by changing this page and its date.

Florida law governs these terms, and any dispute is heard in Seminole County, Florida.
