About
Built on the platform we run ourselves.
Natexify builds, manages, and monitors the websites, automations, and business systems companies run on. The platform that does the watching is ours — built for the job, and running this site too.
What Natexify is
A small company that builds, and then keeps building.
Natexify LLC builds websites and the systems behind them for owners who'd rather do the work than manage the internet. The website is where it starts. As a business grows, the work grows with it: automations, a CRM kept in order, the tools a company runs on.
Everything is delivered by hand and checked by software we wrote for the purpose. That order matters. A person does the work; the platform makes sure nothing is missed.
Based in Orlando, Florida, working with local businesses across the country.
How the platform works
Three rules it is built around.
Monitoring
Checked on a schedule.
Up or down every five minutes. The certificate and the domain every day. Speed, broken links, and the search basics every week. Findings become tasks — prioritized work for a person, not a list for you.
The approval rule
Nothing goes out without a person.
A review reply, a report, a change to a site: it is drafted — sometimes with AI assistance — and then a person approves it, word by word, before it is posted or sent. The platform is built so that step cannot be skipped.
- Drafted
- You approve
- Sent
The monthly report
Plain English, once a month.
What was done, what was found, what comes next — written so an owner can read it in two minutes, and honest enough to justify the retainer or end it.
The standard
This site passes its own audit.
The same engine that audits a prospect's website audits natexify.com: mobile speed, the certificate, the search basics on every page, broken links, the phone layout, the copyright year. Nothing we would point out on your site is true of ours.
That is the rule this company holds itself to. If the site ever fails it, the site gets fixed before anything else does.
