What this site collects, and why.

Who we are

Natexify LLC, the company behind this site and the Natexify platform. The person responsible for your data is reachable at hello@natexify.com.

What the Start form collects

Your business name, its website if it has one, your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, which plan you're considering or that you'd like a free site audit, and what you tell us you need.

If you ask for a free site audit, we run our checks against the public pages of the web address you gave us — the same pages anyone can visit.

We use it to reply to you and to keep a record of the inquiry in our own system so the conversation isn't lost. Nothing you type is sold, shared for advertising, or added to a mailing list.

What the form records on its own

The time you sent it and a keyed, one-way fingerprint of your internet address — enough to slow down abuse of the form, not enough to identify you from it. Those records are deleted after 30 days.

Where it lives

The site is hosted on Vercel. Inquiries are stored in a database on Supabase. When you send the form, an email with your answers goes to hello@natexify.com through Resend. If a page hits an error, a technical report goes to Sentry; it carries the page address and browser details, never what you typed. Each of these providers keeps standard server logs for a short time.

Trackers and cookies

There are no advertising trackers on this site, and it sets no cookies. It uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which count visits and measure page speed on real devices without cookies and without identifying anyone: they record which page was opened, where the visit came from, the country, the kind of browser and device, and how fast the page loaded. To tell one visit from another, Web Analytics derives a one-way fingerprint that is thrown away each day — nothing that follows you to another site, and nothing we could turn back into you. One setting in your browser remembers, for the visit, that you dismissed the bar at the bottom of the page on a phone; it never leaves your device.

Asking for a copy, a correction, or deletion

Email hello@natexify.com from the address you used and say what you'd like. We'll do it and confirm within 30 days, usually much sooner. If we've started work together, the records needed to do that work or to keep the books are kept as long as the law requires.
